A surgical treatment of removing skin changes is performed in topical anaesthesia. In order to define the character of the change and to eliminate cancerous process every removed material is sent to histopathologic examination. It shall also be remembered that in a place of a change removal may remain a more or less visible scar.
Complications: an infection of the treated place, dehiscence of a scar

Until stiches are removed, it is necessary not to take baths but shower only. After taking a shower the wound must be dried, disinfected with Octanisept and then a dressing must be put. Additionally, in order to make a wound heal better, it is recommended not to make any sudden movements, especially stretching.
